As mentioned in the beginning of the video, we may not even notice that we are doing some of these unhealthy habits, or that they may be having such negative effects over time that they do. Thank you for all of your insightful videos on Stoicism Philosophy, daily life and the psychology of the human condition in various situations.

The events of the day are distractions from the peace of our inner minds. By focusing on the distractions of external entertainment we fail to create our own forms of interests, hobbies and entertainment. These personal creations should be our passions. Be the master of One rather than a fool about the many. When needing simple quietude, purchase a good quality earmuffs and use them. I live in solitude but still use earmuffs for further silence - utter silence whereby the only sensation is indeed only my breathing. This truly is an exhilarating sensation. If we are destined to function in a digital world, use this to your advantage as a form of creativity. Write.

I have watched the 7 Day Stoic Challenge video a few times and applied the principles discussed in that video. As I have said I have already seen profound change in my life and mindset in my daily life. The realization that we have complete control of our mind and the importance to embrace the power of the present created an awakening in me. Whenever I have the feeling of losing control I pause and reflect. Thank you 🙏

@@cristinacyganiak1747 This is the only stoic channel I watch also. Most of the other channels on youtube are duplicates and a waste of time. Most other stoic channels are copies of others with the only goal being to get views, basically milking their audience for views.
