In Minnesota you got a separate motion as to how many pages you can use, In Wisconsin and Minnesota they do have certain font and everything needs to be spaced 1 1/2 , there has to be a certain color paper to use for the table of authories section, I'm willing to bet Fed law is so much more clean and cut, the motions look super complicated , but they are just forms , basically print fill in your story to their templates and file that shit. I don't even have a GED and I can beat the Trump cases, But he'd have to do something unorthodoxed by representing himself then I'll be his form prepper( Obviously send it in for doc review), Ill write down what to say and there you go , practicing law without a license, all you gotta do is make sure you make a contract letting him know you are not a Lawyer and have someone witness it by signature and give everyone a copy

I actually wish people who perjured themselves experienced some legal consequence. They don't. There is no reason whatsoever not to lie, and blatantly, in court because Judges and Attorneys do not even attempt to hold people accountable for lying under oath. Telling the truth provides only disadvantages and lying is rewarded by our current "in"justice system.

if the defendant in a civil suit has committed no crime, on what basis are they being sued? If the person suing them is claiming they or they're property has been damaged, then some law has been broken and this is a criminal case. Also, we don't get different trials based on the severity of the crime in question, so someone committing a small infraction would indeed get the same cases as a murderer.

Theoretical case; If a court appointed lawyer was representing a client, let's call him George on a criminal case in 2016... Then George fired the court appointed lawyer who called him on a Thursday before a Felony criminal case, agg assualt with a deadly weapon, that was to begin 4 days later on a Monday, and had never once sat down with George to discuss the case.... So George fires the court appointed lawyer, and hires another attorney, let's call him Bob Bob successfully defends George, Not Guilty in 2018. George was also sued by the guy he beat up Bob represents George on the civil trial, leaves out 7 pieces of evidence and loses the civil trial, he now has a $40K judgement. George sues Bob for malpractice, The court appointed lawyer is now the judge on the Malpractice suit, George vs Bob the attorney. State of Texas. Rules 18 b (a)Grounds for Disqualification. A judge must disqualify in any proceeding in which: (1) the judge has served as a lawyer in the matter in controversy, or a lawyer with whom the judge previously practiced law served during such association as a lawyer concerning the matter; (b)Grounds for Recusal. A judge must recuse in any proceeding in which: (1) the judge's impartiality might reasonably be questioned; Your thoughts? In theory only!

The greatest thing is though, when you can show extraordinary evidence, showing that prosecutors, and sometimes the judges are racist and discriminating towards people that are black and brown and this is why we have to fight back when it comes to people being violated of the constitutional rights under the color of law would have denied the quality of life when you take someone’s freedom and constitutionally we will fight back and we will take it to the top of the court and get justice and accountability and making sure that there is transparency it is a disgrace the people in the south, or even talking about the courts with people of color have been violated and we must hold the people accountable and making sure that we get justice. Many of us have to go viral knowing we will not be we will not let go and we will not back down, because it hurts when people are lonely convicted and hurts the entire family and this is why people believe they are entitled to compensation when the system has failed them every day is a man of color who gets exonerated we will keep fighting for our people, we know it is hard living in United States of America black and brown people have been left out. Many of us are minorities. It doesn’t give the cost of right to take advantage of the people are following the law, but we don’t give up because a person got convicted. It is a shame that we have to look at the courts and many of us have to take the streets when we find out the system has taken away innocent people we stand up for justice and accountability and transparency of us, have to study the law because we also know that they are lawyers that are crooks and believe they can violate the people but we will not stand back. We will go into the courts and we will pull our files and make sure that we are being treated fair because it is a cry out when you lose your freedom for being black and brown because you’re minority and it shouldn’t be tolerated when it comes to the rules and regulations protocols and policies because every life matters and it don’t take a rocket science to see that, but it’s a damn shame when people of the United States are being locked up in their citizens when they have followed the law, the law has been different for many of us that are black and brown, but God bless America because it was God who saved our lifeand thank him for giving us a voice to be heard❤ extraordinary evidence is everything and if they don’t prove it on the trial, it is very upsetting to give people 25 years for crimes that other people have committed this painful to know there’s so much racist discrimination going on in the courts and we have to keep our eyes open because it was God who saved our life in the first place asking for services in New York. The worst place to really be if you are people that are black and brown. If you are in Afro-American be careful many people do not like us because of us being the citizens of the United States.😢

The most important thing to know about Court is that judges and attorneys do not recognize state statutes or the United States Constitution. The law literally has no standing or authority in a “Court of Law.” Plus, you always have three people working against you: the other lawyer, your own lawyer and the judge. And, they’re all against you because they don’t recognize the law or the United States Constitution. Court is all about “the show.” Whoever puts on the best show generally wins - the facts and the law be dammed.

my pro se recusal motion was never answered in Tn and I have a filed copy, doesn't this make her orders after that recusal motion illegal and without jurisdiction, and I herd you say if its not answered it is automatically granted, does that apply to all states?

We showed those Redcoats that we had the better system by fully incorporating pre-1776 British statutory laws and the legal rights, remedies, and principles of English common law and equity courts into American law. I'm not discounting the uniquely American constitutional rights envisioned by our Founding Fathers, but many of constitutional rights, immunities, and privileges existed long before American independence.
