I used to drive S9BL one in Railworks all the time as a kid in 2011. The 2012 one is a re-release with dynamic lights added. Still, the sounds alone are so nostalgic to me. Glad the classic sets still exist to this day.

It's quite a shame to be honest. AP have utilised the SWT Class 450 Model hence there are various inaccuracies, mainly being the cab (mainky being that you can see SWT branding) and the underframe (which, again is of the 450 so has all the 3rd rail only equipment unlike the 350). I believe both the DTG 350 and AP 450 were modelled by the same person hence why they both look good - in that instance DTG wins. Sounds is pretty obvious, no contest here that AP thrashes both.

Fantastic recording. Thank you for sharing. In my home town of Perth, Western Australia, we didn't have Titan deckers but had mechanically-identical Tigers, particularly long-wheelbase OPS4s. After many years of searching, this is the best recording to illustrate their sound effects - especially as, due to diff ratio differences (ours had "longer legs"), it is rare to find a UK recording of a Titan starting off in 1st gear. I love the Leyland 600's emphysema. I'm also very impressed with the perfect down-changes. Unfortunately it is some 20 years since I last drove an OPS4 (in fact, the very first bus I drove when I was 14). I never gained enough experience to master a perfect downchange from 3rd to 2nd.

Just remember that train sim classic is from 2009, and tsw3 is a much more modern game. So obviously it wins with visuals and the ability to actively leave the cab and the train.

I honestly think ap should do an enhancement pack for the 390, ik mjw's pack gave them steps that come out but ap could do so much more like a few 3d models like the cable car connectors,the wipers, enchanced interior and much more better sounds like the tilt noise they make at 100-125 mph and cab and horn variants too.
