OK, the fear of wheel wobble and dying means I'm not removing this front wheel. I want to know how to do this without removing the front wheel.

Wheel Wobble? That is from dumbazzes running worn out tires at high speeds. Not from removing a front wheel.

@0:51 There are 2 spacers. Right and left side. The short one is on the brake side? Thanks

I just want to add my comment. Good video. When putting the front drive shaft back to the rear. It is a certain way it has to go back together as he said. If you look at the base of the tail you’ll see the spline orientation. Hope that lil bit of information helps someone. I figured that out struggling with mine for about an hour.

You just drove by my property (minute 2:27), Martins Creek @ New Martins Creek, stunning road, I call it a Minnie Me Tail of the Dragon, curves and switchbacks all over, cold as fuck in winter, rain, fog, etc. keep eyes open, heavy wildlife population crossing the road, be safe out there.

Any body else notice that the guy pulling the wheel is not the same guy who's channel this is? Why do you keep referring to yourself doing the work when clearly it's not? Anyway, very informative video no matter who actually did the work.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON BOTTOM BEARING: PUT THE SEAL IN BEFORE YOU PRESS THAT BEARING IN OTHERWISE YOULL HAVE TO BREAK THE BEARING AND BUY A NEW SET. THE SEAL IS VERY IMPORTANT...I FORGOT THE SEAL BEFORE THE BEARING AND HAD TO BUY AND DO IT AGAIN...😅

Hey buddy do you press the bearing to the triple tree down down or do you leave a little gap between the triple tree and the seal with the bearing? Cause i saw that if you do press it flat all the way down its difficult for the bearing to turn? Please advise
@RideWNC
@RideWNC 7 күн бұрын
@@angrypeach1398 That info is not correct. Stiffness in turning is caused by too much torque on the nut. If you leave a gap that gap will turn into slop in the steering after the first wheelie.

When I pressurize the line then Crack the bleeder valve I get a ton of air bubbles. I've run almost a entire bottle of brake fluid through the line, but I'm still getting the bubbles.
@RideWNC
@RideWNC 9 күн бұрын
The air is coming from the threads of the bleeder valve, not from the brake system.
