I liked that gameplay it was realistic in a real way..Put Texas State in play to do something

The thing I loved about madden 17 is that players would still be coming in for a tackle even after another player triggered a tackle animation and the ball carrier would react to it, and that made for some realistic looking plays

It was the LE. I was wanting you to look at his rating. I’m having the same problem on Heisman with no time to throw playing with the Florida Gators even using Matt 10 sliders.

Sim, I can’t watch your late night streams cause I get up for work at 4:30 am. But I watch the replays. One thing I notice that may help you with passing is that you are not telling the O line where to slide to. Once I started doing that, it took my gameplay to another level. You have to look pre snap and tell them which way to slide or to base block or max block. It will give you time to throw.

i had to up my tackles to 65 for cpu and my team on the sliders. also had to change my player threshold to 100 because of all the large unrealistic gaps. still have break aways and missed tackles, just not every play/every other play that annoyed me so much. makes it playable now :)

Sim, you can go to the wear & tear screen between plays by going to the depth chart - scroll to the player & use the right joy stick to view that players wear & tear. Keep it up man, great content.

The thing I enjoyed crazy was probably missed by most viewers. On that first TD run by Davis, I loved how he pointed out to his teammate to block that last tackler, who he then spun off of. Whether it mattered or not, that looked really cool.

They should cutscene during penalties to what actually took place for the penalty to occur. They really need to improve the whole penalty situation. The refs voice and content of mentioning #'s & which team was penalized. I think they should do auto-subs, like aggressive, balanced, and preventative. If you don't want to manually sub in and out all the time, they can help remove players who are yellow if you are trying to be more cautious but national championship can be aggressive.

Good game @Simfbcritic! No exploits. Those INTs could've e cost ya. CFB25 could use 2K5's presentation packages, though. Funny thing that I saw during your play through is, there's a woman fan(looks Asian), that is in the stands and cheerleading at the same time.😂

Main thing I don’t like is the progressive lighting. Why is a 6pm game in the 4th qt still have daylight.

What took the breath out of my lungs is when I saw that you can't create a player like I get it with the NIL deals and stuff like that but I feel like they could have worked that through

I think graphics are lacking compare to madden when they put close up angels it looks good but from a bit farther when madden still looks sharp this game looks like a 4k of NCAA 14. But I am still having fun with the game.

I’ve seen DBs in NFL literally scared to tackle or use poor angles many times…. It’s some poor starting tackles in the NFL right now literally… can’t expect to see all American lineman across the whole oline/dline in ncaa..It’s levels

The bad...literal game speed feels like you are playing at w a fast fwd button going at 1.5x speed, click on player is slow and constantly doesnt pick closest player, odd pause after releasing strafe, odd pass pocket, linemen vs blitzing players as blitzers are instantly in the backfield, lack of physics, pass coverage, players constantly being shrugged off their tackle attempts for a long td, ps2 grade graphics for crowd and outside actual stadium, lack of halftime, lack of pregame, game is too quick to snap for a PIP, lack of ingame presentation graphics during game, second commentary is quiet and not very coordinated, missing any kind of postgame, tons of int where the safety turns into a wr and can catch everything, throws are never off target with revamped passing, pursuit is always taking angles behind the runner, constant push animation causing to stumble back and miss pause the player or make them fly by, player motion is wonky and too sticky (able to instant stop amd instant cut), defense edge play is bad (constantly held in a blocking animation when if they could peel off sideways not against the grain could make a play, animation carries runners forward until full animation is complete like Madden used to be bad with, tecmo bowl-ish circling defender, overall arcade feel....the good...stadium intros, recruiting, team builder, coach progression, ability to play different coaching positions, coaching trees, crowd sounds and reactions, stadium background themes, dynamic crowds, improved kicking meter, shells, easier to sub players, wear and tear. I am playing call of duty until they can get it more playable. If its just the line play, edge play and coverage that gets fixed i'd come back and play more. Those 3 are key for the game for me to be able to play, which i am currently not. Have a blessed night guys

great vid, I'm a sim football junkie and after playing this game for a couple of hours, I'm sad to say I'm disappointed In easports another year. players still clipping through one another/footbased planting is still off with players running on air/ 5 yard spaced juke/spin moves/ no signature running animations still with all players running the same outside of lineman/players falling over lifeless like woody on toy story in group tackles/and at times the offensive line is fine but then every other play they lose track of basic assignments and literally block the air. I give this dev team a "w" for the graphics and presentation but when it comes to the core gameplay this frostbite engine has to go for them to move forward😩 like I said I'm a super sim head football gamer and I understand majority of the community likes this arcadish fast paced style football game, it just sucks that there's no other triple a studios who have an opportunity to make us a realistic football game in 2024😩

Sim, great in depth on your part! I watched Cam Newton on his twitch last evening playing as Arkansas. He was impressed with game. Arkansas must have a weaker armed QB and he said you could see it in his throws. Couldn’t hit windows
