My mom use to give that to me when I was a child, but she used only one egg yolk with 1 Tblsp of sugar and Malta India - very delicious. And yes, the Malta has to be very cold.

looks amazing girllll!! do you roughly know how much garlic you used is it 1 cup or? and is the amount of onions roughly the same as the bell peppers? i did see a recipe where they used roughly equall amounts of each ingredients i love ur recipes and i want my sofrito to be amazing i did make differnet ones and some were bland some very garlicky so i just want the best balance. sorry for the qs if dont have the jamaican peppers are they the same as scotch bonnet peppers? and if no recao do i just leave it out or replace with cilantro 🙏
