1:24:21 what is the rationale behind using kid instead of queen to swing if the board was different? Is it because if you run out of counters the next turn you can use queen to block for kid?

If you see the board there's OP-08 pudding on board , and OP-05 kid on board. So the skill of queen minus don was net by pudding effect , and due to minus don happen kid also trigger to ramp a don active. It just so that the RP Law player didn't do it step by step only

@CrayHobby99 is correct. Regardless of the result, you should meet the requirements before the next step. and if its gonna "don back" by pudding it should be rested not active. Yes they are top 16 and they should know better.

@@NickLee0604 some people don't let you short hand actions. I usually explain what I'm doing if they still say no then just do the full action. I don't need to waste more time for the judge to come over 😅. Most people will do as you said tho.

he's playing to win, not to not lose. He's gambling that there's not enough reduction in hand to clear 2 blockers with the Lucci, and setting up 2 turn lethal. If he hadn't swung kid there he wouldn't be able to win the following turn and would've lost in 2 turns.

That's how they do it in Asia they have 64 man events for the prize cards think top 8 and top 16 get them lol. Meanwhile we got 500 to 1k events with the same prizing.

More of this content pls! For the 13k Yamato into 10 & 10, he had the counter for 11k swing anyway in hand so that would still have lost the game no? In hindsight his misplay at the end was not full sending with baby 5

13k Leader swing asks for 9k, the kata only had 7k as he discarded 3+2+2, last cards in his hand were blanks and a Big Mom was discarded for the 0c event
