The British bobby is out of step. He then looks behind him. Shit! Gurkhas soliders behind me, catching up. I only have a radio. I'd better march in quick time. And quick too!

Our Dad served with the Gurkhas. He loved everything around them, including their food (I've got that spicy taste as well). He found them to be very hospitable & welcoming. When he left that part of his Army life, they gave him a Kukri set that sits in my Sister's house now. FWIW, Kukri are sharper than Chefs' knives, trust me. The most respected and feared Army Regiment in the world (The SAS is technically RAF as it is Air Service). Don't be naughty in Windsor guys, these are quiet!

Ireland is independent. The Irish Guards should be disbanded. We Irish don't wear kilts, or play bagpipes. The Guards must be made up of Ulster Scots. I do like their mascot, the Irish Wolf Hound.

@@charlottecunningham2141 Thanks for the reply, I was just wondering, because in Poland there are few MP soldiers and their main task is maintaning correct distance between soldiers and civilians, yet even (especially in towns) without them people are just making them space. Take care!

I know things about the friendship between the US & UK have been said 37,000,000,000 times but… Bless you Brits. You’ve always been there for us & have always shown us what class looks like. We think we’re so good with our patriotism/troop support…no, we aren’t. Having served as an officer in the 101st I had the privilege of attending a Remembrance Day Event in London w some of my British friends & colleagues. It was beyond impressive & beautifully done. I had tears in my eyes as I watched & listened to the wonderful & heartfelt music I Vow to the My Country has been one of my favorite songs ever since I heard it that day. God Save The King And God Bless Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth 🇺🇸❤️🏴
