I'd give this an 8/10. Solid job. But I would change Metal Mario and Pink Gold Peach for Professor E. Gadd and Polterpup and potentially put Shy Guy with Koopa and then swap Paratroopa and Sniffit for Wiggler and Honey Queen.

For Pokémon Gen 3 I feel like the best option would be Sootopolis. The pale cliffs of the volcanic crater make it a very distinctive location. You could have Kyogre and Groudon emerge from the cave for stage effects or transformation. Maybe the underwater entrance could be included somehow.

Well with the Prime 4 trailer revealing Sylux to at least be a major antagonist for the new game, I think he's got a decent chance of inclusion.
