Don't trees and plants breathe in carbon dioxide needed to live while emitting oxygen, and humans do the reverse? I think we should always be looking at cause and effect. The fact that we have only a fraction of histories climate details needed to come to a conclusion, cause and effect must be appropriately thought out before implementing policies and ideas. Truth of the matter is that, even if countries like the UK or Canada went completely carbon neutral, it would have almost zero effect on global climate. That being said, we need to look at the countries doing the worst polluting bc if they don't change their habits, there's absolutely nothing the rest of us can do as all efforts would be equivalent to us say, trying to empty a bathtub of water with 1 tiny cup while your neighbor is just dumping 55 gallon drums of water back in every time u take one cup out. Efforts in policy and programs would be futile and usually end up punishing the ppl who do the least damage and most self-conscious of environmental impact. The end conclusion is that only wealth usually determines your ability to be environmentally responsible as it is a luxury that most are blind to see. Who cares about the environment when you're literally burning anything just to keep yourself from freezing or buying the cheapest least efficient AC unit you can afford just to stop yourself from cooking in 100-degree weather. Same with food and water, when you're starving, thirsty, and broke, you don't really care how your food is sourced. There are always acceptions to this idea but it is the majority that rules and if the majority of poverished countries do some of the worst polluting, then maybe convince them to change their ways instead of punishing the countries that already did a long time ago by punishing them with things like taxes that simply make them more poverished by causing the cost of everything to go up. Also, greener energy isn't as green as we thought when you account for manufacturing emissions and where green energy material is resourced from.

It’s clear that the woke professors and female teachers have brainwashed these kids with the same rhetoric that brainwashed them. It’s fashionable, it’s current. It’s also going to be the biggest way those in power gain even more control over the masses

Plant food has nothing to do with pollution or climate change. Real pollution are Heavy metals, NO2, SO2, Carbon MONOXYDE (not CO2), pesticides and neurodegenerative agents like fluoride. This CO2 scam is for stealing wealth, controlling corporations and diverting from real pollution. Quit the propaganda!

I think it was because focusing on things makes you waste more energy so closing your eyes makes you work a little bit less which in turn gives you more oxygen

@sciencenorthАй бұрын
Absolutely, you've got it! Our brains indeed use oxygen to process visual information. Closing your eyes can help reduce that demand, conserving oxygen and helping to calm your mind, which can extend the time you can hold your breath. Thanks for sharing your insight-keep those curious questions coming! 😁
