I looks nice, but did not serve us well. Brand new Silver Cross elegance lasted less than 2 years. Step break doesn't work well and the hood broke from plastic. And fabric fake leather started pealing very fast. Wasted money!!!

We have a Pallas S-Fix which is very similar in design. It doesn't work on a long journey - any kid would find the cushion across the front very uncomfortable - I speak from experience, my child screamed the whole of a 1.5 hours journey because his arms were restricted and he couldn't play with anything. AVOID THESE PRODUCTS

Yes this is the exact model I have, I cannot figure out the seat positions, my seat isnt sitting all the way up, it seems to always be at a recline. Another difficulty i had was removing the seats. I have to remove the straps through the tiny holes just to wash it!
