To get Edin fast is to get Mileage points fast, and the main way you do that is by ONLY rolling using diamonds, completing main quests and collecting the jump start quest rewards. Those 3 combined are the only ways to obatin Mileage points. Do keep in mind that collecting Mileage points takes an incredibly long time and if you are unlucky it will take legit a WHOLE YEAR to get Edin. That's what happened to me :/. If you're confused about how Minerva works, I can give u a simplified and quick rundown. 1st skill: - Grants her basically 50k Provisional HP - Whenever an enemy mage becomes casting-ready(they turn glowing blue), Minerva gains 10k HP and applies Concentrated Fire on herself 2nd skill: - Grants her a free 50k HP - For a moderate duration, Minerva can only be damaged via Direct damage, HP Consume damage and/or HP Reduction damage. In other words, she will NOT take any damage unless its those 3 damage types. 3rd skill: - Minerva deals Guard/Barrier ignoring damage 4 times that scales off her Additional HP(HP that is not her BASE HP, you don't think about the distinction too hard) 4th skill: - Minerva gets Debuff Immunity If you are asking about skill effects in general, that's uhhhhh... quite the broad topic. By herself, El Clear can't destroy herself when she attacks herself. The only way El Clear can destroy herself is when her DEF boost is blocked, she gains Ragares's HP Consume buff, or more commonly, attacking an ally Ryde. - In the 1st case, if El Clear's DEF boost is blocked due to a Buff Prohibition debuff, El Clear cannot apply her DEF boost, which results in her taking full damage when she attacks herself. - In the 2nd case, Ragares will bestow HP Consume dmg to El Clear; which when she hits herself, she will deal HP Consume dmg to herself. - In the 3rd and more common case, Ryde performs a counter-attack to whoever hits her. So when El Clear hits an ally Ryde, Ryde will perform the counter-attack and thus kill El Clear, even though they are allies.

Somewhat. Lain's duration cut can set the duration of her Immortality to 1 as usual, but like Valtor or Mamonir, its not great to rely on the enemy hitting your own mercenary(who doesn't even have a taunt) to remove Ryde's immortality. In otherwords, its risky and not reliable to use Lain to remove Ryde's immortality. You're better off using Ragares or Ebony.

If you are referring to Hanya(the mercenary in this video), the best supporter to pair with him with is Merry White due to her buffs simply being all perfect for Hanya. You can also pair Hanya with Ryde for her immortality utility, or AoG Eda for her tank utility. You can refer to 5:09 in the video where I talk about his synergies. If you are referring to just who is the best supporter in the game, that question depends on what team you are running. - For a mage team, the best supporter is Indra - For a warrior team, the best supporter is either a Merry White or Ragares - For a supporter that works generally in most scenarios, that would be Ryde and Eda(with a skill set of: Authority of Goddess, Bless Bestowal, Regeneration Barrier Bestowal)

Sorry if my wording was a bit confusing. There are 3 main types of teams in Brave Nine(that aren't said anywhere in the game): a Mage team, a Warrior team, and a Hybrid team. If you are new to Brave Nine, I would always recommend you to build either a Mage team or a Warrior team cuz they are both pretty straightforward to pilot. And picking between a Mage team or a Warrior team just depends on your preference on if you like using Magicians more or Warriors more. If you like Magicians more, build a Mage team. If you like Warriors more, build a Warrior team. In this current meta, the Warrior team I would recommend you building is: - Merry White, Ryde, Eda(with Authority of Goddess, Bless Bestowal, Regeneration Barrier) for your Supports - Isleok(with Evil Sword Vanvar, ADV Debuff Immunity, Armor Slash), Dione, Diane, Agni, Anastasia for your Warriors - Lucius OR Lain for your Defender/Tank For a Mage team, I would recommend you to build: - Indra, Ryde, Eda(with Authority of Goddess, Bless Bestowal, Regeneration Barrier) for your Supports - Frella(with Provisional HP, Concentrated Defense, Blade Flurry), Ulfin, Velfern as your Magicians - Lucius, Lain AND Seir for your Defenders/Tanks This might be a tad bit confusing so if u got more questions don't hesitate to ask. Imo it’s still quite difficult to run an Edin and Christina in a Ragares team. They do work sometimes but it’s difficult to find consistency with them for me. My problem with Edin is his lack of Guard ignoring damage, and my problem with Christina is her non-existent damage outside Ragares’s HP consume dmg. Diane has problem with having a low base ATK, but she makes up for it with her ability to deal Direct damage, going thrice in one turn as well as having a strong synergy with Venus. Diane tho still gets stuck on Frella. I can agree tho that an Edin and Christina would work as a secondary warrior going, but not as an opening mercenary from my experience. Currently, what’s giving me the most consistency is having a Diane+Venus opening, ESV Iselok and Apollo. Also tysm for the kind comment!

1) Dw, building her is pretty straight forward, you need: - 1 Flat HP rune, substat of HP% - 1 HP% rune, substat of Flat HP - Mythic rune with double HP%, substat of HP%(or whichever it doesn't matter too too much) - Upgrade and level up her Amulet and Armor to level 25 - Refine her Amulet's stats to double HP% - Rank boost Lakshmi and level her up to level 120 2) You want to hit a goal of 30k HP because then she will activate her Release! state after she attacks. If you don't have her at 30k HP or above yet you can do the following: - Rank up her regular runes to Legend+ - Refine her regular runes to a very high degree - Upgrade her mythic rune - Bestow Insignias on her(3 HP% insignias, 2 Flat HP insignias) - Complete her set effect which gives +30% HP Boost - Use a mythic mercenary to boost her HP by +10% while in combat 3) Alternatively, if you are confident that you can get above 30k HP, you can make use of her last skill bestowing DEF% based on her crit rate. This changes her regular runes a bit to be: - 1 HP% rune, substat of Flat HP - 1 dual rune that has Flat HP + Crit Rate, substat of HP% Overall, follow the 1st and 2nd walls of text, but if you are confident in getting her above 30k HP, follow the 2nd and 3rd wall of text.

True, Solo raid is kinda confusing for me (Im just dumb)

honestly im not the greatest in PvE content, I even copy my guild mate's formations for solo raid to get max points but I do have a few pointers: For the Crystal Archer boss: 1) The formation commonly used is 1 Isleok with Armor Slash + 8 Supporters buffing the Isleok's crit damage 2) You just need 1 merc to tank the Crystal Archer's dmg For the Bradako Well boss: 1) The formation commonly used is a combination of mercs that have ADV Heal Prohibition(a debuff that is both Heal Prohibition + incoming damage boost) + 2 damage dealers 2) You need 6 mercs at top lane, 2 mercs in midlane(one of them being Helga), and 1 merc at bot lane; this is because Bradako Well boss instakills your mercs but only 1 at a time, so you want to minimize deaths.

For mercenaries that can get to skill level +15, u level up their skills by: 1) Getting skill books/copies of the mercenary, u can get 9 skill levels from this. 2) Making their level 5 companion, which gives them an additional +5 skill levels. 3) Upgrading all their soul gear to level 10, which gives them one last +1 skill level. With this 3 combined, u would get a skill level of +15. For mercenaries that only go up to skill level +10, u level up their skills by: 1) Skill books/copies to get +9 skill level 2) Upgrading all their soul gear to level 10 to get +1 more skill level. Since u are talking about Agni, u have to get 9 skill books + 5 of her companions + level 10 all her soul gear.

Most of the time this skill set works: - Evil Sword Vanar - Debuff Immunity - Armor Slash For alternatives, Return of the King or Holy Sword Vanar instead of Evil Sword Vanvar are also good but their main use is only in Guild War. So if you want a more generally applicable Isleok, go with the first skill set I suggested.

Forgot to ask, but can u make a video about Solo Raid, the new mode. Im kinda getting super low scores, just a bit of mini guide.

For your 1st question, Anastasia is better because she deals much better Direct damage and has a much longer taunt ignore. This allows her to be good in the regular Arena, World Arena and Guild War. In short, her utility is better and her damage is better than Hanya. The only thing Hanya has better is his additional turns, which is hard for him to get in the regular Arena and Guild War due to how countered he is in those types of content. For your 2nd question, I myself am also garbage at Solo Raid. I just copy the formation my guild sends me, but I do have some advice after a few patterns that I have seen. - For the Crystal Queen boss, you have to have a single mercenary be hyperbuffed and deal the damage. For example, I had 8 buffing supporters and 1 Isleok with Armor Slash. To survive the Crystal Queen's attack, have one single mercenary tank it. - For the Bradako boss, DO NOT BRING SUPPORTERS. Instead you have to utilize mercenaries that have ADV Healing Prohibition. This is because the boss is debuff immune but not immune to the incoming damage boost the ADV Healing Prohibition debuff has. So therefore you would load up the boss with those ADV Healing Prohibition debuffs, then have 2 or 3 damage dealers. To tank Bradako's attacks, you have to have 2 debuffers in mid lane, 1 debuffer in bot lane and the rest of your debuffers + DPS's in the top lane. This is to minimize deaths from her grab attack.

Sorta, Helena comps use Eda's Blessing bestowal to give warriors 100% AGI, so a merc having innate 100% AGI is just a nice bonus to have. Additionally, Helena comps usually prefer to have multi-attackers because they can proc Helena's additional turns multiple times. For example, since Eleaneer has a triple attack, she will gain 3 turns; as apposed to Hanya, who can only gain 1 additional turn. The combo is still decent imo due to the 100% AGI convenience of Hanya, but in the highest of high elo's it wouldn't be viable.

I wouldn't say Ragares is better than Ryde, but more of a secondary support to use. Ragares's kit does mean that she counters Ryde quite hard. But at this moment I don't have much experience using her as her werid prohibition mechanic is hard to work with.

Imo I think Ragares will be used often because of her ability to bestow HP Consume to allies, being a great counter to Ryde and lastly her immortality effect. I can definitely see her being meta, but maybe not with large AoE attackers. Having HP Consume is still solid on them, but I think there will be a stronger synergy with multi-attackers as there is no penalty for procing her HP Consume dmg multiple times. So for example, you can have a Christana proc Ragare's Demon Hand 5 times, leading to 5 instances of HP consume damage.

Right multi hitters with a large attack range like Christina will hurt, Catherine might be worse

This is only my theory, but Catherine might not be good to pair with Ragares because of Cath's attack being so comically low. The HP Consume damage Ragares bestows scales off of the ally's attack. I agree with what u said, Christina + Ragares might work well with eachother. I have to try it out first. I also wanted to try out attack mamonir to see how it goes.
