That is an awesome build! Does it cause it to overheat? I'm working on one with a keurig pod drawer under it to catch saw dust and possibly convert to a vaccum table for it 😅.

please show how u cut aluminum parts like this with ur 3018 cnc machine pls. ive had one for 2 yrs an ive kept putting off upgrading the spindle to be able to make aluminum parts cause i not 100% on what to go with, ive seen a few different videos on upgrades but it looks like u have a stock 3018 cutting aluminum an im guessing its down to the settings ur using an cutting slow, just assuming but could u maybe make a video on how u go about it an what settings an software u use, probably a big ask but it would be greatly appreciated.

nice, are u using a 3018 cnc router to cut the aluminum parts? if so could u share what u had to do to get it to cut aluminum or is it all down to the settings u have. ive always wanted to use mine to cut aluminum parts but not found alot of guidance online on what it takes from one of the little 3018 machines without replacing spindles with 500+ watt spindles. if thats what it takes i get it but ive seen alot of ppl manage to do it with what looks like the stock machines but at the same time they never give alot of info about it, just shown as the machine making the parts.
