Good information video. How did you like the Dogwood? We walked that several times this weekend as we were staying in cabins you passed . It's an invigorating hike but the mountains are beautiful. We hiked the trail above you to the top of the mountain above the hotels to watch the sunset. Ita a good hike but steep.

Dogwood was nice, but a little busy, big families staying there, too, so plenty of kids. But still great to be right there for a quick walk to everything NOC has to offer. Would stay there again (when it's a little warmer than now).

We replaced the screen with tight weave no-see-um screen so 'inside' chimes don't get my breeze.

Is this a raccoon? I like raccoons but I am quite scared by this animal. Very spooky.

Not a raccoon, it's an opossum (commonly known as possum) and they're pretty viscous when cornered or scared and have the teeth, claws and snarl that shows it, but usually run from people.

thinkin bout checkin HDA out at this same club sat nite 8/28/10...mainly cuz i am a HUGE Outlaws fan and Harvey was right there with my heroes Hughie T and Billy J...i am 56 y.o. and the blues are cool, but is this club cool ? i just have to travel there from gboro so no big whoop...

No, it wasn't intentional, but the American flag that was burned by a group of Canadians after the 5-3 loss in hockey WAS intentional.
