Yup. My “sleep chrontype” is the lion. I wake up around 5:30/6 with good energy, but I need to go to bed by 9:30/10. I like exercising in the morning, but it was killing me. I now split my workouts in 2; 1/2 hr in the morning (pilates, yoga) around 6:30am & another 30-1hr cardio in the evening. My body needs energy in the morning & doing a big workout zaps it.

Another enjoyable episode. If only we could totally control PPC. Sometimes I wonder how successful it would be if I took a weeks budget and instead of paying Google and Meta I just took it to the casino on a Friday night 😂😂 One of those things that we simply can’t live without but wish we had more real control of and could believe 100% in the attribution reports.

Glad to hear the waste business is going well. Would love to hear more about that business venture, because I recall you saying the insurance aspect was making it too expensive to run.

Thank you for making this video. I am in this overwhelmed stress mode right now and my signs are mouth ulcers. The reframing suggestion is very helpful. I will actually try today! Brain dumping is great if you can remember the things by the time you get to a note book 😊

Ben, I was rewarded to see the uk was 2nd in your u tube viewing numbers, but disappointed to see uk government do not allow storm shadow use without restrictions. Having watched your content for most of the war, your content and salient points are invaluable to me. Try not to be weakened by the work you are doing: you are an individual I respect hugely and value hugely ķeep going. Best wishes

Thanks Taylor. I’ve watched here and there from the start and your presentation and delivery keeps getting better. I like these short lesson style videos in addition to the vlogs. Collabs with other UK business weekly vlog channels might help your reach, you could do their branding.

Hi I am Mahedi and I have been working as a Digital Marketer and KZfaq growth specialist for the last three years. I was analyzing your KZfaq channel and I feel maybe you are quite worried about the growth of your KZfaq channel. Because the quality of your content is so good but your channel views and subscribers are not increasing accordingly. I found some of your channel issues. Your channel's videos are not SEO optimized. The keyword section of your videos is not properly customized. Video related keywords are not used in your description box. No link building has been done behind your video. Your video has not been promoted on any social media for organic growth. The most important thing is that your channel is not monetized. If you want I will help you to solve those problems in your channel and also help you to get your potential subscribers and views from your targeted location.

All great comments and it’s good to get a reminder to always have time to work on the future. Best thing I have done recently is take my my work emails of my phone and iPad. I always get in early and can rattle loads of emails off whilst having that first coffee Mon to Friday and when I leave on a night and especially on a Friday night I can choose to open my laptop and check my emails but it’s a conscious choice to do it. Now I only get good news on my phone and iPad and that’s shopify notifications of sales and has improved my work/life balance tremendously. It’s been a game changer for me.

This was very very good! I’m going to implement the email time blocking thing definitely, and will start paying attention to giving percentages to high level work. Will actually save & rewatch this. 👍🏾

It’s ok. We say umm a lot. Don’t pressure yourself about small things like that. You’re running a huge business. You can’t tackle everything. Sometimes you just have to take the L.

Interesting to hear you mention the election. I'd be really interested to know how many businesses felt the effect of the snap election announcement. We lost 4 events because of it with ministers that were due to speak pulling out and that creates a knock on effect with other speakers.

Around 3 minutes in you say how you are confident in front of camera and talk how you would if someone was sat there with you. That's the problem, its quite dull. You would have much more subscribers if you brought some charisma to your videos. It can be worked on and you could get really good at it.

I have coached many people on public speaking...a free tip for you: Watch your video (this one) and count the number of "ums"...you'll be amazed. (knowing what you need to improve is part of the process). Filler words (or filler sounds like um) can be corrected. Let me know if you need any help
