Playing with gain staging on the audio for this (not having it up so high and clipping) would Improve the clarity of what the two are saying. Thanks just the same for doing this interview. John and I used to work together decades ago making musical instruments.

Great interview!!! She's so smart, insightful, well-spoken and kind. It was great to hear her perspectives and the how/why she does her art, and also how she got to a place where she loves herself so she can lift others up. 😇. Thank you to Olga and Teravarna (Little technical note: the sound is not pleasant- lots of reverberation and contrast between low voice and strong voice. I don't know how to properly set up microphones and sound, but I thought I'd let you know. ). 🙏

I love the concept of what you're doing regarding art competitions, however, I recommend that you start providing a lot more transparency on your judging procedure and the methodical approach you take to determine what art meets the criteria in order to be selected as a prize winner (such as using fair point-based system and scorecoard). While assessing your operation, I've determined there is a problem, and the current state is that there is a complete lack of transparency as well as a very small following on your platforms. That doesn't sit well with me because you are charging entrance fees and awarding money. That's a risk to your reputation, and if I don't see that cleaned up quite quickly, I have every intention of exposing your operation to cancel culture to start pressing demands for this to be resolved. I'm not accusing you of taking advantage of people or treating artists unfairly, but the red flags are there, and I intend to ensure that is 100% NOT happening.

Many artists have expressed satisfaction with our work, but we understand the need for clarity and fairness. While we welcome constructive criticism, we prefer respectful and polite conversations over veiled threats. We value your feedback and will work quickly to resolve these concerns.
