I’ve been away from Iran almost 50 years. I still miss our delicious, scrumptious Traditional Iranian foods. We do have lots of Persian restaurants in United States. But, the foods and quality don’t even come close to foods inside of Iran.

خورش قورمه سبزی نبود این آش قورمه سبزی بود😅😅😅😅

مراحل قاطی کردن وپخت درست نبود، لیمو عمانی قرمه سبزی پخته نشده بود، برای کشیدن غذا از دست استفاده کردند ولی بازهم دستتون درد نکنه، پخت غذا به مقدار زیاد واقعا سخته، نذرتون قبول باشه خانمهای کدبانو وباصفا😊

گوشت و زردچوبه رو تفت ندادند! سبزي رو با گوشت و لوبيا با هم گذاشتند! اين قورمه سبزي چه خاصيتي داره؟!!با وجود رنگ و لعاب خوش غذا سبك پختن خيلي مهمه،به هرحال دستتون درد نكنه،نذرتون قبول

Wow,,, What happened there? 50 years ago we had none of these foods In Tehran, or anywhere else In Iran! I guess food in Iran becoming more Arabic , just like the culture and religion. None of these foods except maybe a few are Iranian !

Watching from India. I've tasted many Iranian dishes while i lived in Kuwait. Am planning to expolore Iran in coming days, especially food from across Iran. Happy to see they make Felafel sandwiches in Iran, an Egyptian dish i love so much. I also liked watching shwarna making and the special grilling method he uses to grill meat. Shwarma also my favorite 😂 I also like their dry fruits, Pistachio, Saffron etc. We have Iranian inspired cuisine, restaurants owned by Iranian ancestors in india. Peace to Iran
