Everything looks great. I would recommend to reinforce the wheel pivot-to-fork tube joint with a partial radius via tubular sleeve to diffuse lateral forces on the butted-weld sheer line. The weld looks decent, fusion is probably not an issue but it looks like you didn't wrap the welds/tie-in all the way around the tab and that gap is a potential failure point where vibration/ and directional torsion/side -loading/compression can occur and generate a crack in the weld.
