I already consider silky tofu as pudding 😅. But then again we typically eat taho with syrup and little tapioca pearls. Silky tofu isn't sold in supermarkets in my country. I wonder if I can buy them plain from the street vendors if I stumble on them and try this recipe

Taho is good, and can probably hit the top with torch gun to crystalise a bit the sugars. If a kuya was walking around Melbourne, Australia singing "Taho" I'd gladly be buying 😊
