Those v8s man, music for the soul

The Cummins engines of those days all had that distinctive sound. The L10 especially sounded amazing. You could tell a cummins engined truck coming down the road before you could see it. These days the engine sounds are drowned out with all of the emissions crap.

Was I the only Instructor that taught how to reverse on to a loading bay for real? Just test route parrot learners that make real life difficult for new drivers. Why do they work as script perfect instructors? Because they failed as real, working drivers. Think I am joking? Get anyone of them to face me on the job on cam. Never had any of them take me on. Don't just hand over the money to learn how to fail on your first day at work! Make them demonstrate they can back on to a loading dock in a tight yard without damaging the trailer and so that the loading ramp can be deployed and pallet trucks can operate. Didn't explain this is critical to you? Ex- driver, chosen shunter, instructor awaits the pleasure of your "Instructors" practical skills demonstrations in real life situations. Do they dare to go "off script" and display their true skills on cam for all to admire? Must be the best sales advert ever, if they are as good as you pretend you are. No links to my driving school, I am retired and only desire safer roads and a better life by telling new truck drivers the way it really is. If your trainer refuses to demonstrate their everyday skills on cam with me then they should have the guts to refund your money. But they won't do either.
