Did you even read the title of the video? It clearly says "synth" and this is a synthesized audio of what would a 10V2T-3S would sound like on Hi-Lo signal. Of course it is not real, it is just a synthesized audio I made a while back on Audacity.

What I’m Saying is that the Sentry V Sirens don’t do Hi-Lo. They don’t have Solenoids.

The script on the bottom is the Javanese script, while the script above is the Old Turkic runes.

They all read the same, the Old Turkic and Mongolian script read out as Altan Studi (Golden Studios) in Mongolian and the Javanese is just Indonesian for Golden Studios as well (Sanggar Emas).

The Vocaloids went to Tuva as part of their world tour. Miku and Len went together to learn Tuvan throat singing. Miku swapped her leek for a Tuvan igil (Tuvan bowed instrument, similar to a Mongolian morin khuur). All jokes aside, I've been trying to do extraordinary things with (AI) Vocaloid, from performing Tuvan throat singing to performing Native American music, etc.
