Actually the Bell 206 looks more Dolphin like and Bell 222 like a Great White Shark. The new 505 is more Dragon Fly like.

At the beginning of the interview, the guy looks around as if he is trying to steal the helicopter.

LOL at all the non-pilots complaining in these comments about an aircraft they'd never be able to fly anyway.

Must be nice growing up with daddies money. Never have to be a CFI, learn to fly in an R-44 as opposed to a R-22, live in Laguna Beach, etc etc

Ol' Turkey Buzzard, Searchers, broken Arrow, Once upon a time in the west etc, made me fall in love with Utah..I love those rocks. Blue thunder, Apocalypse now, one shot of the yellow chopper from first Blood, spy who loved me (chopper flown by Caroline Munroe)..Of course... behind those epic scenes the mastery and expertise of Pilots who flew those machines are Amazing ...those things made me to love choppers More...MORE ... and M O R E .... The footage from the onboard cameras are amazing .... I wish some IMAX shots of Utah are done with those beautiful machines. Loved your podcast. Kudos to you guys.

Halsey, congratulations on episode #10 and perfect choice on the guest! I'm a first time viewer and enjoyed the discussion immensely. Dan it's great to see The Squadron still having positive impact on the helicopter community and aviation safety in general.

This was a really great session, even for a non-pilot such as myself. And yes, Emily is my sister so I do have some bias... But this podcast covered so many different topics that are so relevant today: aspects of learning, teaching, and mentoring, the importance of being surrounded by a great team or crew, being a woman in a predominantly male industry, her path to becoming a fire pilot and more. Well done!
