How do you look for commercial accounts?

When we were pushing mowing and landscaping, I would hit every business I wanted to bid and just go in and make contact with them to find out who I needed to talk with and/or send a bid to. Since 2019, the dynamic of my business has evolved quite rapidly and we do much more repairs and maintenance on properties, more so than mowing and landscaping.
