when the tranny goes out would the solenoid be the reason why the truck not move at all ?

Why not just drop the transmission rather than take the engine out?

i have a 2021 2500hd 6,6 turbo-diesel and it wont pass smog test in calif0rnia, i bought the truck brand new.anyone having same issue?

I just pulled the injectors from a 2015. I was worried about the umbrellas and didn't understand what happened to the old ones. Thankfully you mentioned that they weren't there to start with!

Add industrial red greese to the front overdrive. It will take out another flaw . Don't run in overdrive. Too much in city driving.

After your videos I have decided against buying a GM truck period so thanks for the videos glad I checked them out before making a used vehicle purchase. Watched similar types of videos on the Fords in the same years and they are no where near as problematic as far as I can see.

GM could have just had a bolt to drain the fluid out, 2nd unless you need to make your own gasket there should be an OEM pan gasket. I have removed the pan without touching the exhaust, there is room

My 2016 Chevy Silverado Texas edition runs perfectly fine!! But when it rains it wants to go into limp mode and won’t drive and every light is flashing on the dash and my gage needles are just flopping back on forth…but on a dry day I can drive it for hours no prob what could that be??? I’m completely lost

I bought 3/16 inch brake line advertised as Nickel Copper on Amazon. I bent about thirty bends and bubble flared both ends only to find the tube is magnetic. The local auto-parts store carries AGS brand and it is not magnetic. Re-bent the lines two more times and finally installed with DOT 4 brake fluid.

I may be wrong but i feel like the silver piece is whats supposed to be there instead of the paperclip.

When I looked up part on Amazon. The part it told me was - GM 12678223 Fuel Injection Throttle Body Assembly with Sensor. It’s the throttle body is different, gasket is the same and the plastic hose part same, same intake also.

This is ironic to be a recommended video as my torque converter shaft just exploded and destroyed the torque converter and pump in my transmission 😅 waiting on my new transmission to come on Monday.

2015 Silverado 5.3 owner with 100k miles. Only issue so far was one brake caliper went bad. One of the most reliable vehicles I’ve owned.

My 2018 GMC 4WD Sierra axle nut size is 36mm not 35mm. The 3 wheel bearing bolts size are 18mm, not 15mm. Using an angle grinder had to grind the upper A-frame ball joint stud sticking past past the nut that was in the way of the top bolt on the wheel bearing so I could get a socket on it. Had to use a 6 point socket with a 2ft breaker bar to loosen them up. Used an inexpensive wheel bearing puller to remove the wheel bearing saving myself a lot of time and aggravation. A common regular puller also works.

They maje aftermarket condensers that are fully welded. oem condensers are still just tacked in 3 spots they will fail just like original did

Got 2019 silveraldo. Hit 94,000 miles water pump bearings went out. 2 months later and I'm changing coolant sensor and thermostat.

In your opinion, is this mount sturdy enough to use a ram mount ball and attach a tablet and/or gps? Looking for ideas to mount a gps (something like a Garmin Overlander) that dosen't require drilling or just tearing up the interior. I like this concept and it appears pretty sturdy, but I'm not able to judge how much "weight" it could hold. Thoughts?

My 2017 would only start if I turned the steering wheels sometimes. I had the starter checked and it passed. We can't find out why it is doing it, but now I think it may be one of those secret grounds.

Buy a Toyota or a Nissan the hell with GM and Ford...

What about all the fluid thats still in the transmission my Silverado holds 11 quarts but its a z71 if i drop the pan and just replace what was in the pan thats not even half of the transmission fluid getting changed
