Im from san angelo. Lived there until i was 22 . This department botched this case from the very beginning. It being a murder makes you think it would be a priority since the motto for that town is come on vacation leave on probation. Its such a small town that finding suspects should not be hard. I heard they pulled a guy over that had sallys driver license and were investigating that lead.. barney fife type stuff for real. These kids and their families deserve justice.

So sorry! Just saw this! It gets chilly at night but can reach triple digits during the day! It’s a desert like climate so I’d suggest bringing layers! Gas stations are few and far between so whenever you see one, fill up! Some people carry extra gas containers with them depending on their activities and vehicles. I think as long as you plan ahead, you should be fine!

Forgot about the shoes… if you plan to do any hiking, you definitely want to have hiking boots or sturdy tennis shoes.
