This one received 3 offers but most condos aren’t getting bidding wars at the moment. As rates are getting closer to dropping, the market is heating up and I think that we’ll likely see more bidding wars for condos within a few months.

but if youre rich who wants to live in a condo?? type 8 million dollar mansion toronto, they are way bigger and better (9 bedrooms-10k sq. ft, 2 garages a big backyard etc. thats not including your own private movie theater, an office, sauna, pool etc...). i really dont see the appeal in this other than you feel like youre living on an airplane
