Wow. Unreal. Respect brother. That's probably the best calling I've ever heard. High score.

I played this audio to my 1-2 month old Bronze and White baby domesticated turkeys and they become mesmerized, skittish, then almost obedient to the wild turkey vocalizations, just intently listening to the sounds as if they understand the turkey conversation.

Terrible video, caller wouldn't quit calling so we could actually listen to the hen.

I appreciate the feedback. I will say i don't really do the KZfaq thing for likes and subscribers. I throw the videos on the platform so I can access them for myself easier. If someone enjoys watching them that's a bonus. To be honest, when I go back and watch my videos I definitely notice the tendency to over call. But at the time I don't realize it. Still learning as a turkey hunter. But sometimes it is fun to just pour the calling to them! Which is kinda what I was doing here.

Awesome video ! I live and have hunted in Upstate NY for 37 yrs, your video is what turkey hunting is all about, just you one on one with that gobbler, without the use of full strutt gobbler decoys/reaping ! ❤ it man !

Nice ! I believe it would have happened MUCH sooner if you would have just purred every once in a while, instead of yelping & cutting.

Awesome hunt! Nothing like getting them gobbling like that in the hardwoods! Check out our page - we're hunting Western New York too. Just subscribed to your channel... Good luck this season!

Beautiful segment Michael! Way better than a gobbler any day... No doubt one of the best "gobbles" by a hen that I've ever heard!

Are you going South Mike or are you going North Or perhaps Easter West just curious I wouldn't mind finding some birds myself

Never really gone north. I go mostly south or west

More fun in the woods today Mike ?? Have you noticed the extreme lack of toms and Jake's in our areas ?
@michaelpollack4503 жыл бұрын
It was fun! In yates county, yes. Yates county will only get worse in my opinion. They just don't have the habitat they use to and keep loosing it by the day. Alot of the areas I hunt are anywheres between a half an hour and 2 hours from my house. In those areas I have noticed more birds than in recent years. But those areas have better habitat and have had decent hatching conditions 2 out of the last 3 years.

It's always fun to get the old hen riled up but it makes you wonder where the gobblers are ??

Lol. I was asking myself the same question.
