Excellent. This is the sleeper of CNC. Doesn't look to be accurate with all the aluminium casing. But when you look under the hood. Awesome little beast you have designed here

02:15. I’m currently studying CNC milling at KZfaq University. What axis is the A variable? A- and A+. Is that spindle speed? 03:00 I expected to see a pc case also made out of 2020 aluminum extrusions. That should be a side project for you guys. Cut out some aluminum panels for the outer case and, mobo mount. You can design a nice cube style case with a horizontal mobo mount instead of a tower with vertical mobo mount that will fit nicely on that shelf. Can even make the sides out of acrylic. Great work on this build. I love your wiring and controllers. Future upgrades could possibly be wired controllers that you can hang up and hold on your hand or. Enter yet touch screen controllers. Or even better an app on your smart phones. Cheers!

It’s a great build for sure, obviously a lot of thought and money went into it getting a precision machine. I just can’t wrap my head around why you didn’t set up for coolant but chose to have the controls there where the chips go. I know you use a vacuum cleaner, but that grows old fast when milling a workpiece for hours.

What is the accuracy like? How did you align the linear rails and bolted them, what is the specific methods and process of it? 1:18 - What was the purpose of obtaining to cast iron? Was it because you needed specific dimensions which wasn't easily available for you from online or off the shelves from stores?

looks like a Pendunculate Oak or 'English Oak' as it's sometimes known. Sadly that one would probably have survived, there's one at the bottom of out street that got hit far worse and is still fine 15 years later, no evident rot, full leaf each summer. Always sad to see one of these big guys go down. There was one of similar size to this one over the back of us that got hit bad one night and needed felling though, blew chunks of the lower trunk 40-50 yards across the road.
