Yeah great choice of director, make it more female-focused, and don’t forget to bring along your political and social agendas as while you are at it. Star Wars audience was primarily male from the onset, but let’s make it for everyone, let’s bring that female energy, but also make sure it appeals to children. Capture EVERYONE you can, make that money, throw a net over the world. I’m certain that by making it as inclusive to everyone as you can, that it will still remain targeted and not fall flat into the realm of nothingness. Yes, that is clearly the recipe for success.

George Lucas is the heart of Star Wars. Rey is a pathetic self-insert character that nobody likes. It has nothing to do with her gender and EVERYTHING to do with how poorly she was written in the sequel trilogy. Why Disney thinks this woman is gonna be able to course correct this train wreck of a franchise is beyond me.

When is Disney going to learn that you need to write good characters and a good story, instead of focusing on gender feminist politics? Focus on your core audience and you'll find success. The force awakens created so much hype for that reason but then they ruined it by letting a Mary Sue character take over.

I understand that you want new characters for the younger generation… but Star Wars is timeless. All the beloved characters are still relatable. They should be relatable to the younger generation. They’re timeless.

Rey “Skywalker” is the worst idea that came out of the new trilogy. Rey spoke to fans when she was nobody (= every one of us). This series is so cooked, not watching any more of this stuff, sorry.

She talks about the the world of Star Wars created by Goerge Lucas... then says at the heart of it all... is Rey **Skywalker** lmao She wants another daisy trillogy. Who cares what the fans want.

Completely delusional. Rey is a terrible character. Nobody is nostalgic for Mary Rey Sue Palpatine. Nobody is clamoring for her poorly written story to continue. No charming characters. No thrilling villains. No overarching thematic grand story that needs to be told.
