Hi Cherev, I used to own and shoot the 7,65 model 70, believe it or not my hand is so small all of my fingers fit on the butt and I cut off the mag extension. Now, the 70 series is quite sturdy and reliable, but I had some difficulties scoring one handed at 25 meters with the gritty trigger. For sport or if size wasn't an issue, I'd prefer the 76, the target version, all shooters in Italy learned Bullseye with the 76, back in the day.

I guess one advantage Israel has over the UK is that if you acquire a handgun as a private citizen in Israel, it is assumed that it is for self defense. So, at least you don’t have to come up with some other justification. Also, if I’m not mistaken, in Israel you don’t have to belong to a shooting club/range to own a gun.

Yeah but Israel is may issue country, in UK shotgun license is shall issue. Every may issue license system is worst than shall issue.

Nice video, I love your aggressive combat stance! That training never left you. I forget the IDF basically pioneered a lot of what we now consider standard manipulations. I agree with your points about how the design was essentially perfect in 1968. No hex nuts or screws to fall out, not a single fiddly part hanging off. It's a rifle truly meant to be carried and slept with for months on end. If all you buy is 55gr ammo you owe it to yourself to buy a 20" AR, it basically turns target ammo into defense ammo for free.

It would be incredible if this came to Australia. It also would be sold out. Not gonna get my hopes up since we have some very weird laws here. I saw the 9MM Lever POF Tombstone was on cleaver's website so Who knows...

Nice review. I've had a PM9 for nearly 20 years and it's probably the best overall EDC pistol I've ever owned and I've had just about everything. My prior carry was a Glock 27 ad Hk P2000 SK LEM, both fine pistols. THe PM9 very accurate and shootable considering how light and svelte it is. Approximately 18 ounces loaded and .09" in width.Rarely have I ever had failures and the few times it was with reloads never with factory loads. I also have a P9, but it is a half inch longer and half inch taller, which makes a big difference. The 7 round P9 mags work just fine with the PM9. Even the 8 round mags from the T9 feed fine. The polygonal barrel in the P series pistols is made by Lothar Walther of Germany and are of the finest quality on the planet! Lastly, I'm retired after nearly 30 years in LE. The seven round capacity is almost never an issue with citizens carrying. Rarely will one need more than that. If needed a quick reload is there. Folks get way too caught up in having 10-20 rounds in their carry gun. It just adds weight and bulk in my opinion. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, if you file online. Paper forms still take forever. The point is not the time involved though as much as it is the government overreach aspect of requiring people to register something that was never an SBR to begin with.

Thank you for this i have a friend from middle school who is Jewish i advocated getting a firearm for him to buy and he is a professor in NYC and he had all kinds of excuses why not too. I am a bad christian no doubt and not particularity religious but why is it i can see the oppression he can not. The only thing my grandfather ever would talk to me about WW2 was that the camps were real and happened and he was very direct about it. It has always struck me as the one thing he wanted me to know. I ask you why are so many American Jews so passive about self protection ? This bothers me a great deal and i have lost much sleep over it.

This made my day! Kudos to you PPJ! Keep spreading the word! The 2A is important to us all but especially to the Jewish imo because we’re often targeted more. I’ve seen Jewish communities spend a fortune on armed security that is often shall we say not very reliable. It might give them a feeling of security but nothing is like a synagogue full of armed defenders that are well trained with the instincts to defend themselves. In such a scenario, someone like the Pittsburgh shooter would have instant regret. (Not that anyone wants this). Just saying.

Excellent video. Got you a new sub. I was in the US Army infantry during the mid eighties, and my issue weapon was an M-16A1. I never had reliability problems with mine; the only issue it had was that sometimes I would get two shots for the price of one trigger pull in semi, probably due to a worn sear. Yes, if you have a good quality build, you keep that ejection port cover snapped shut when not shooting, and a light coat of oil on the bolt carrier, it is a very reliable rifle. I was never in combat but on field exercises I deliberately treated mine rough just to see how it would hold up, and it did. Today as a civilian I have a semiautomatic-only AR-15 made by Windham Weaponry out of Maine. It is very high quality. Mine is their “Government Model A1” version, which is a kind of semiautomatic-only hybrid of the M-16A1 and the M-16A2. It has the A1 flash suppressor, triangular hand guards, pistol grip, rear sight, and teardrop forward assist, but it has the A2’s stock, 1:7” twist barrel, front sight, and the brass deflector (a must for a lefty like me), plus it has an M-4 feed ramp. I put a fixed 4X scope on top of the carry handle, and with that it is a tack driver for sure, with a steady diet of IMI ammo. I even got an M7 bayonet for it just for shits and grins. Speaking of which, it would have been funny if during your “charging towards the target” sequence, you had fixed the bayonet, and finished up with running through the target with it, “AIEEEEE!”, but I digress. My question for you is this. In the firearms community, there is of course the endless ongoing debate between fans of the AK versus fans of the AR. Proponents of the AK often claim that the 7.62x39mm cartridge is a better practical fighting round and has better lethality within real world engagement distances. As a combat vet who has used the M-16A1 in the field against adversaries armed with the AK, what say you? Thank you for your service in defense of not only Israel but Western civilization; AM ISRAEL CHAI!

No one told the carbine it was too old. Particularly if you go to HP ammo, great duty weapon. The soft point does the job as well as HP. I believe you example is a 18" barrel. Now, if you add a red dot, it makes it easier to get on target. Again, not to old an effective for home defense or a truck gun. Thanks

What a TURD! It's a pretty far fall from grace of teh original K9 and K40! What did people like about the K9? Nice stainless steel design, smooth with nothing to snag, elegance, one of the best double action triggers anywhere, being double action only so no need for tons of obtrusive safeties and levers everywhere, and a nice Lothar-Walther barrel. When was it introduced? 1995? So it has been 30 years and what is the follow up? Another "glock clone" to add to the hyper saturated market? This thing is TERRIBLE. Another plastic pistol, ugly, with a rough finish, and a bunch of snaggy crap and edges all over the place. They designed it extra wide just so they could use p365 magazines. Hello? If you are going to resort to using another manufacturers magazines, how about designing it around M&P 2.0 Shield Plus magazines? That pistol is no more than 1" wide! And oh yeah, I hear they ruined the nice trigger! So here's the thing. Moon claims to have come out of nowhere and designed the K9 all by himself. Ok, I never believed it. It kind of reminded me of all the outlandish claims that Kim Jong-Il said (claims to have invented fusion, you can look them up). You don't just decide one day "oh I'll design a modern competitive pistol from scratch" and poof! If he had the talent to do that, where are his previous designs? And why is this terrible lackluster effort the end result of 30 years of development since then? See? Fake. REAL genuine talent produces a bounty. Just non stop. This guy is a phony, and always was. What I don't understand is, why is he so egotistical and insecure that he has to make up that silly mythos about himself that anyone with any sense can see right through?

As a grunt United States army. I'm gonna tell all you. Individuals that buy weapons manufactured companies. You start changing what worked to make more money and get less quality. You'll go under real quick. So it's good that you realize your mistake that you made don't do it again. And I am a bushmaster owner. Good luck.

I enlisted in the US Army as a Paratrooper in the infantry in 1986 with the M16A1. During Basic Training at Ft. Benning and Infantry School I was issued a GM Hydramatic Division rifle re-built 5 times by Anniston Arsenal in Alabama marked on the lower receiver definitely a Vietnam era rifle. I had no problems jumping with it in a jump case but never exposed weapon strapped into your body next to your reserve parachute. Very dangerous because it will break your hip doing a Parachute Landing Fall, Big Army wasn't cheap when providing jump cases and became mandatory but some units did this stupid idea. When the A2 came out, the sights were easy to adjust and the brass deflector for left handed guys, but it was a tougher rifle but a pound heavier. Overall not a bad rifle but the Marines wanted the A2 because it's a target rifle, Big Army got it because it did a good job selling it to Congress. No problems with it during the Panama Invasion of 1989-90 for me, I liked the ghost ring sight on it. During Iraq 2006-08 I had a Colt M4 with a BUIS, ACOG, PAC 4 IRL, and my own Streamlight TLR -2 combat light with red laser pointer. A bit heavy but I used all my systems both day and night under combat conditions effectively. My ACOG was great identifying targets and putting accurate fire into windows, doorways, and positions where we got active fire from. I aimed at their barrels sticking out and muzzle flashes deep from the buildings which stopped their firing and maneuver on them. So I went from the M16A1,A2, to M4 during my service. What an adventure and lived through the evolution of service rifles and lived through it.
