I will admit I got mine from someone moving and did not want it any more. I bought a chiller and it works like a champ. I prefer the stand up vs the laying down. I have mine on the patio outside. I did wrap it and so far it holds temp. I try to plunge daily and sometimes I plunge after work when I am physically worked over. It is nice.

You mention that some plunges don’t allow you to fully submerge, then mention that you - at 5’4” can fully submerge in this unit - yet all of your clips show your shoulders well above the water. This is confusing.

Yeah a $3k bike is a hard pass. Not a critical exercise. Probably only for people that cycle and can’t due to weather.

I own 4 home gyms: a garage gym, a basement gym, an extension room gym, and a backyard patio gym. I recommend buying and using a medicine ball rebounder, which is a lot of fun to use. However, since you have children, I don't recommend having them use it because the medicine ball rebounder I have can send a 20 lb slam ball flying 16 feet. I got a bloody nose once after I underestimated how far the medicine ball rebounder could send the 20 lb slam ball I was using back towards me after not using it for several months. If an exercise is fun, you are more likely to use it more frequently, intensely, and for a much longer period of time. A medicine ball rebounder can build muscular size, strength, and endurance, and if your husband is into self defense, it is a good way to desensitize the abdominal muscles and to force whoever is using it to contract his or her abdominal muscles, which in itself is a good exercise.

I absolutely love my Keiser M3i Bike. I am a life long cyclist and it’s definitely the closest thing to actual cycling. And as far as quality and pricing, it’s unmatched. Yes it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for. Buy once, cry once. You will never feel the need to upgrade. Nor will you have to. 👍🏻💪🏻

$3K.. nope. Why would a serious cyclist want to invest so heavily in a static bike? Also. Don’t get how rep fitness can have these pop pins that auto adjust without retracting a pin yet these insanely expensive bikes have manipulation of the machine equal to that of a kids toy. Overpriced. Seems to under deliver and basic AF with tech. Comprehensive review though 👍🏼 like the extension of the channel.

For those on the fence: DO NOT BUY ANY BOWFLEX MACHINE!! They lock all their software that's ALREADY INSTALLED behind an annual subscription. I get that if you want to use a live trainer, you could access that behind a paywall. But for software that's already installed? Absolute insanity. Until they change their subscription based access, steer clear.

Boy I think the BowFlex IC Bike SE gets you a very similar design for a lot less

The f65 has a 3.0 motor. The difference between the f63 and f65 is the handrail controls and the deck size. The two exact reasons why I’d pay extra for the f65. And the f85 has a 6% decline. Maybe this vid needs to be edited? lol 😊

Just purchased an E35 for my home gym. Went for my first 15 mins cycle and I really enjoyed it. Smooth machine, plenty of features and quality build. I did notice the wobble and was able to adjust most of it out using the adjusters under the middle leg of the machine.
