The first thing to do is take care of your liver..because before the pancreas release insulin, the liver can do it first..so have healthy liver and healthy diet.

If you experience severe bloating then you might be dealing with undiagnosed IBS. Doctors are great but when it comes to gut health and nutrition, the best thing to do is talk to a dietitian. They can help identify your food intolerances (which could be triggering the bloating) and can offer personalized guidance. You can learn more here: www.dietvsdisease.org/

bro you can taste the difference, they have to blind it better by providing the gluten in pill form or use another way
@doceansdeepwoo25325 күн бұрын
I found out I instead have a toxin issue, because organic bread gives me no problems. I had been perplexed about why some breads were worse than others. When I finally switched to organic, I stopped having issues. It makes sense, what is the sticky gluten gluing to your intestines? If roundup or something, you may be very sensitive to that, not gluten itself. That could also explain why, in places it's banned people don't have a problem!
@welanduzfullo84965 күн бұрын
probably still just a boring ass nocebo. I call bullshit, unless you let me blind you to gluten and no gluten from organic and non organic produce in pill form so you cant taste it and lets see how much of your perception is real and how much is nocebo fiction 🤔
@doceansdeepwoo25325 күн бұрын
@welanduzfullo8496 might be able to just do a scratch test, like they did with other stuff I'm allergic to, but I'm having no trouble now n don't care, lol. Still doesn't explain why this is mostly a thing in America not in many other countries. I was just suggesting something you could try if you're bothered. I'm unwilling to be someone's science experiment!

I love garlic and onions. I often eat garlic to help myself feel better. In 2022 I was hospitalized (I was found unconscious in the bathtub). My first dinner there was this lovely turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy. I was marveling that they made good gf gravy. The next morning, I was so nauseated that I couldn't eat. This went on for 4 days. Then, laying on my bed, I had "the gas". I made a mad dash to the bathroom, but had diarrhea all the way from my bed to the bathroom. I normally eat a gf diet. I didn't expect to get glutened by the hospital (they cook all their own food). I cried while the nurse's aide's helped clean me up, get new gown and socks. Does it matter if it's CD or non-CD gluten sensitivity?

How long should I stay on a liquid diet with diverticulitis
@MrShadschnipplies6 күн бұрын
I was diagnosed with diverticulitis when I was 28 just two years ago. One year later I ended up in the hospital with an abscess and sepsis. My flare ups are reoccurring more often. I have a colposcopy scheduled in August. A part of me is afraid they will recommend surgery, but another part of me feels like that may be best. I’m 30 and this is a hard life with multiple flare ups per year.

Great informative and very easy to follow video. Thank you. I have IBS as well as diverticulosis. Tomato pips were found in the pouches of my diverticulitis because I used to eat them constantly. I recently found that salads, coleslaw and uncooked veg irritate and cause acid reflux. 🙁. I'm not enjoying food anymore but have found relief in Slippery Elm Root and freshly squeezed celery juice. Please can you do the roughage video and try to include these two possible treatments. I'm curious if they can cause harm.

Hi, thanks for that. I have DD, IBD, NAFLD, and I truly belive that I am where I am at 47 because of ignoring what my body says it is sensitive to for my entire life and being inactive for the last 10 yrs and a greedy sod. If only there was a basic food sensitivity test for everyone as they turn adults then they would never put themselves through the pain I suffer on the regular.
