So a lot of ppl are saying their fire stick didn’t recognize the USB. Mine didn’t either at first. After you’ve connected everything, wait until you have powered the device back up before you plug in the external drive. That is the only way mine worked. Once I did that, the firestick recognized the external drive. Good luck.

Do not buy this piece of crap. i have one and the hinge broke in just about an year of use. HP is so pathetic that the still havent figured out how to make a stronger hinge. garbage

Bought this laptop 16'' variance and I hate it. The performance is good ... but the keyboard layout is awful. The keys that I normally need is hard to get to. I don't understand why they can't stick with the layout of the classic layout. Just go the their grandmom's typewriter and take a look.

Three years later I bought this exact same model 2nd hand for 200bucks and still got 400 days warranty and styles+best purchase I have ever made..🥰.Also I swap chromeos with windows 11 by chrultrabook project...but if you do this tweak you will loss the track point and the volume key.🙂 Which is my opinion Worth it... windows is way more useable...

The 2 that I could move are both owned by CBS which tells me that the other apps I can't move have a deal ($$) with Amazon that won't allow them to be moved, CBS probably refused to pay Amazon the ransom $$.

This is another Amazon scam. They want you to buy USB storage devices so the advertise this capability but out of 30 apps only 2 could be moved. I fell into their scam but you don't have to! Don't bother with this.

I've found out that if I hardwire my firestick I cannot use my external storage. If I use wifi my external storage works great. Is there a way to hardwire and use external storage?

You skipped the part where you select either device storage or external storage..you wont see usb storage in the settings unless you choose device storage. This is for the reg firestick 4k..not the lite or the max. Im just trying to figure out why no one mentions that in all tbe vids I watched..

Very hard to read keyboard. Best design requires high contrast big bold white letters and numbers on pitch black keys. Otherwise, it's not user-friendly and not suited for elderly, handicapped or anyone having vision difficulties. My yoga 9i already broke at 2 and 1/2 years old. The touchscreen is junk and already needs replacing. It cost me $300 bucks!! Any reputable company gives at least a 5 year guarantee, if not a lifetime guarantee. We are very disappointed with Lenovo.
