There never was a case for the lone gunman. That was obvious from the moment the JFK Limo left Love Field. JFK's doctor who would normally accompany him and sit in the "bitch" seat between the two Secret Service agents in the front was not there. The Press truck which normally would be in front of the JFK Limo was moved back to the 8th position.(having frontal photos of JFK being shot would be too gruesome) And the JFK Limo which would normally be around the 4th or 5th position was moved to the front behind the lead car which was driven by Dallas Police. There were far fewer patrolmen on the street riding along the side of the Limo and no Secret Service standing on the side of the Limo, which of course the Apologists will blame on JFK himself. The Dallas Police were apparently helpless to stop the Secret Service from taking the body and the Limo before a forensic examination could be performed. The Secret Service had NO JURISDICTION over the Dallas Police and yet they stood and watched as the crime scene was confiscated right in front of them.

If you go over ANY large and complex investigation with a magnifying glass you will inevitably find all kinds of mistakes made in the investigation, you will find anomalies, contradictions, and coincidences. If your agenda is conspiracy?? You will find it everywhere you look. You can shape it into whatever you want. In Mark Lanes world human error doesn’t exist, coincidences don’t exist, anomalies don’t exist they are ALL nefarious examples of a cover up or diabolical plot. Kennedy historians consider “A Rush to Judgment” a complete joke today.

Reagan initiated America's homelessness epidemic by slashing previously successful public housing assistance programs. If Carter had been re-elected, we might still have a middle-class-driven economy instead of a financialized third world model.

The whole establishment had pronounced Oswald guilty. The media at that time just fell in line. The suspect never had a trial. They convicted him via a handpicked commission of the establishment. Nobody was going to challenge the FBI report. Thankfully Mark lane stood up and challenged the official cover story.

@@jacobjones5269 Calling him an obvious cop-killer is fraught with errors that are built into the story or narrative. When you have issues like 2 wallets, 2 revolvers, 2 cop cars, officers on the scene within seconds of the shooting, and evidence that does not match the gun or the witness testimony you have a problem. Westbrook had his hands on all of the important evidence and it was FILMED BY WFAA. You can't just ignore the fact that he along with Croy were unable to remember who gave them the gun and the wallet that he conveniently did not ENTER into evidence. You cannot ignore the testimony by the witnesses who saw two police cars and watched as the 2nd car backed out of the Alley, or stated that Oswald was at the theater at 1:00 PM. Or that he bought popcorn. Or the ones who said there were two arrests. One behind the theater. Or the ones who saw 2 people instead of one. Or the witness who changed his testimony after he were shot in the head.

Let's not forget what Mark Lane would become: Jim Jones' attorney, who fed him conspiracy theory paranoia, helping to facilitate the mass murder of 900 people, and advising two Congressmen, who were eventually killed, that Jim Jones wasn't a danger, while Lane himself hid in the woods.
