Thanks for sharing. I'm starting Week 5 of MAPS Anabolic. Do you recommend the Butt Mod? Did it grow your glutes?

Would definitely use a loading pin instead of just chaining the weights. The distribution looks wonky

I'd suggest a couple cheap dumbbell collars to prevent the cable sliding on your pull down bar.

I like the use of a second cable that attaches to the cable for lat pulls to use a second pulley mounted low. This approach would also work well with a rack.

For the deadlifts.. it feels like your shoulders are more forward than they should be. They optimally should be directly above your wrist. So that the bar is moving directly up in a straight motion. Instead of diagonally. And it puts quite alot of stress on your lower back. Try lowering your butt and give your back more of an angle (make sure your shoulders are higher than your butt) instead of completely parallel to the ground(horizontal) and see how it goes. Women tend to have this problem because you are too flexible. The lifting form is still a little "not together" like your arms and back move first before your quads and the sticking in of your butt. Try to make sure everything moves at the same time by tightening your core a little more. You can try pushing your knees towards your arms to create that tight feeling.. Feels a little safer. It feels like you're using only your back at the beginning.. and then your core and quads.. which might not be optiomal. In essence. You want to just stand up straight. And not part by part.. Just some observations. Hope this makes sense. (; But... It's been 2 years. I'm sure all this have been settled. Lolol

Too much clamps too close, there is a minimum distance between clamps, luckilly the weight is so little that it doesn't matter, so you can lower the budget using only 2 clamps per side with propper spacement, just to be safe.

Self esteem is everything, attitude is part of it, merit is a main rule & positive progress is all there is .. Hey lady in the blue ..come test my fat arm if you can move it *I'll put you over my head * guarantee I'm the strongest Houseman Village of Baytown Wharf Marimar beach Florida ever had *why shame someone - because you are shallow superficial & need an ego lunch , but people like me blow straight your lazy minded ego * I'm solid as a mofo to .. 😁

Love how detailed and well put together your video is, I transitioned to home gym years ago and use a pulley system off my pull up bar, True game changer. I use The Isolator Cuff Edition to do my tricep push downs hooked to my wrists so avoid gripping tightly and I can engaged my triceps better, Also brings adjustable straps that are fully adjustable to mimic a Tricep Rope with two small carabiners to hook onto my wrists. Amazing the results Ive gotten on that alone. My gym in my living room feels like I built my own paradise and I dont miss the gym at all :)

Great job. I plan on getting maps this fall after I recover from upcoming hand surgery. I too had to retrain my squat to achieve full range of motion. I thought I was at least getting down to parallel till I saw myself in a mirror from the side, nope. Not even close. I drooped the weight down to basically just the bar and began full range reps. The next day my ankles were very tight. From there added ankle mobility drills. It is a work in progress. I use dumbbells for overhead presses as it provides a bit more range of motion for the shoulders. Anyways, great job.

This is a great help! Have you been able to do the low pulley with dumbbells? I wonder how heavy dumbbells would have to be to hold it in place as I don’t have a barbell and plates set up. If not, what is the total weight of your dumbbells, barbell and two plates for the low row?
