Koi nahi bhai ab fas hi gaye ho aake to just get any full time job for a start and get required work visa and then you can keep applying for jobs simultaneously….. Get some who is in country from last 4-5 years. That will give more clear picture of Ireland and specially Finance Industry here. Keep trying buddy all the best.

I can't exactly say housing crisis, but yes there is house crunch in Dublin, you will get a place to stay but it would be more expensive than you think. Since bachelors is a long course, so budget and plan accordingly, all the best !

the best ones are Trinity and UCD, but NUIG, UCC and DCU are also very good.

Hey what if someone has not basically focused on the fundamentals of account during their undergrad but has some knowledge and wants to pursue msc in finance will it be difficult to go through the learning and hunting the jobs ? Also if someone has worked in an accounting firm for sometime will it add value in Ireland like is the Indian account and ireland account different ?

If you give extra attention during lectures and do self study, it should be good enough to pursue MSc in Finance. and if someone has experience in accounting, it is helpful, not much is different.

Don't go to Ireland. This is told by everyone that major company's offices are there, You will get to hear this from everyone selling you or suggesting you about Ireland. No one will talk about the dark side. The refugee problem is a major issue over here, refugees from Ukraine and neighboring countries have created a job shortage and Accommodation issues as well. There are many students here from the past 6 months still waiting to get a job. It's a very small country that has exceeded its immigration limit already. Opt for some better countries rather than wasting your time and money.
