even at 100%, you're still able to obtain chests they're just way harder to find :) dori is a shielder not sure what else she does but she can be used in some teams, it's up to you ofc but i recommend building meta characters alongside characters you'd enjoy to invest for rather than building each and every character despite them being garbage like gorou or freminet
