It’s not at all! 1 cup a day is totally okay. Doctors just recommend no excessive caffeine intake. I rarely ever finish the cup I do have. 🥰

Your hair looks very healthy, and you seem to use good products. I don’t think blow drying especially the way you do is damaging at all. This is the best method I’ve seen actually!

It's alot of money, but.. the nurses and doctors need to get payed and they work for hours. Yes, I get that it's alot for just a baby I agree that it's way more then it should. However you got a room, and got your baby delivered. My opinion!

We’re so so lost as human being that’s just don’t any sense to have a baby $30, 000. They cut out midwives who normally help deliver babies. Awful awful $30.000.

Just a tip, it looks and feels much better when you wash your hair, let it try abit so it’s still damp and then brade it into the sock or scarf. It will give u much more volume than drying it after wash because it’s technically using heat either way and I think it would damage your beautiful hair a lot.

With heat protectant your hair does not get any damage from heat and as someone with super straight hair ,the curls hold better when the hair is freshly washed and completely dry.
