FL Studio. It costs about 200€ but there are some free alternatives for starting out. Just search for Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and try some out.

My only complaint is that the last note doesn’t wrap up the melody. Other than that, this is really good! I imagine this being menu music for a party shooter game or something
