Your WiFi quality almost certainly has nothing to do with that stutter you're seeing. If you see the network symbol pop up, or you see a sudden downgrade in resolution that's 100% your network. What I suspect is you have no issues with the speed up and down of your WiFi and it's the problem of the mismatch of PS5 being 59.96htz Vs the portals 60htz, that's what causes the stutter every 15 seconds or so. It's a hill I'm willing to die on, most users issues are nothing to do with the quality of their internet / the PS5 being hardwired. Good test, try streaming remote play on your phone, if it runs flawlessly then that to me proves it's a refresh rate issue
