Thank you very much for the playthrough. Very helpful. I bought it! More detailed thoughts below... We were very interested in this game for the Last Supper theme. Very good production quality. Plan some time to add stickers to all the pieces. This took longer than I thought but they look very nice once done. We like the resource gathering in the game. Lots of replayability with the player cards and Apostle icons Having the 12 Apostles and Jesus in a game is cool! Trying to get the Apsotles to the Last Supper is cool. Some artistic license was used so we could imagine being in the upper room. I get that. The Parables feel like a mini-expansion. They add to the theme of Jesus in a positive way, I like where it is going. With Favors helping both players, it feels like an expansion for people who like more options. Orange and Purple Apostles are powerful in a good way, we like that. Judas was the traitor so giving him negative effects makes thematic sense. 90% of the game was moving players toward an excellent serious strategic euro game where a lot of planning was done to get to the Upper Room. That was good! But the White Apostles' abilities which can move others away from Jesus felt odd to us. You could laugh that off as take-that mechanics but it changes the mood away from the deeper experience we were liking more. If a game has just 1 thing that will prevent it from getting back to the table for us, we will consider a home variant. Here is a home variant I am considering... A White Apostle can slide any person 1 or more spaces closer to the Lord's table if no one else is in the way and gain new points and resources as if newly placed.

To get it to the table I'll need to remove some of the non-essential board sections and treat them like future expansions since I need to help 3 groups at the same time. It looks like the Last Supper, Apostles, Player Cards, and left-side resources are the core. And it looks like the 33 A.D. cards / Favor track, Parable track, and Sanhedrin track could be treated like expansions? It is not going to make it to the table unless I can simplify the first play. When I am sitting with them the whole game I can include more. Any ideas?

It would be cool to see an end game state. Did Hate ever have a chance of winning? Maybe a variant without in game goal.

The scoring is still hit or miss for me...,but ,not so much that I put it away.I find that your first 3rd or 4th placement of cards will determine whether I am a leader or Zombie Munchies.I have hit Leader once over...a dozen tries.

Great video! I was able to playtest the game and I really enjoyed it. You also did well on finding the secondary theme of the game which is mindfulness.

You don't have to disassemble the money tray to fit it in the box if you remove the shipping insert. Not only did I easily fit it in the box, but I also sleeved all of the cards.

Who won?

Main objective of this expansion is to prompt a player to choose a strategy in order to win. In main game you can do a little here, a little there and still win. With expansion if you averaging in everything you wont be able to win.

Hi there. I thought that once you have move your meeple on the tree and that the spot you're supposed to place your meeple on is already taken by another meeple, that you have to jump over it? Does that rule changes in solo mode..? If not you should have jumped over it Cheers

Hi, and thank you for reviewing my game. Looking at the cons, I agree there is a lot of luck involved, and more tactics than strategy. However, if you want to play again, I need to clarify a rule that you got wrong: the 8 bicolor cards with blue and red marks can count as blue points OR as red points. The rulebook states: "Choose one color, red or blue, to score on the cards with both colors." For some reason, the French spelling of this rule is even clearer: "Les cartes bicolores comptent au choix comme des points bleus ou des points rouges." So, basically, the bicolor cards are "joker" cards you can use as one color or the other. They show both colors so you can flip them to the preferred side when counting points. I hope this helps anyone who is going to learn the rules with this video. Ciao from Italy!
