Thanks for the video. Just a friendly suggestion. With the title of your video "how to remove new car smell" the viewers that come to your video already know what the problem is (new car smell) and they know what they want to hear (the options to remove it). Consider making your video more straight to the point to keep viewers engaged. As it is, viewers need to sit through more than half of the video before you start talking about "new car smell". Alternatively, you could choose a more accurate title like "How I figured out what was making me nauseated". But I guess you won't have as many viewers with that title.

I know this is an older video, but one of the main reasons to bone broth fast over water fast, is because you can LOAD it with sodium + potassium without really tasting it. Notice the two foods you gravitated towards was salty seaweed & a cracker lol. Your body really just wanted salt, not food. When our ancestors fasted, their water had tons of electrolytes.

I drink every hour on the hour. I just keep drinking all day. I do this for 4 days straight. I don’t drink water with electrolytes during this process. Check out my other videos :)

How did you drill into the top without screws sticking out? Did you drill into the wood beams in the fiberglass? I’m afraid of weakening it and I don’t know if glueing is the best solution to getting the supports to stay in place 🤔 I have a 94 vandura with a fiberglass roof as well!

Yes, I drilled into the beams in the fiberglass. I wouldn't trust just glue, unless you have great support

You're lucky it's just the car, imagine commercial truck drivers who also sleep inside for weeks. Spend 24/7 in these trucks for years. Everyday you have to fight this shit getting up with headache.And when addressing the issue to dispatch they say "did you tried air fresheners?".

Thanks for the compliment on my editing :) Yeah, it can be challenging dealing with kids, but if you prepare properly, you can try it. On day 2, you can do the same tasks, just be mindful and move slower if you must. Day 3, you can eat a tiny bit until the end of Day 3, then eat more...

The results will last a long time if you maintain healthy eating afterwards and keep your calories low.

Everytime I do this fast, I lose about 7 to 10 lbs in2 weeks. So I would expect you to lose about the same.

@@Headshots_fn If you commit to drinking bone broth only and keep drinking, you will lose about 2 lbs per day. So it's unlikely you will lose 10 lbs in 3 days

Just bought a used car (2021)that has a weird smell. Dealership used an ozone machine inside it without telling me. The ozone O3 oxidizes materials inside and releases VOCs in the air. I drove it around for like a week and now I'm spitting up green mucus, have a tickle in the back of my throat, and feel overall unwell. VOCs are no joke

Wow that sounds very serious! Is there a way you can air it out by leaving the window open and the a/c running for awhile? I also had to use a mask while I drive, but that's no fun! I felt so nausous driving around. Also check for any CO leaks as well.
