Please DO NOT BUY THIS fridge . Do not waste your money. I have a record of numbers of complaints from day one. The company staff is clueless anout how to fix the issues. They kept delaying and making excuses all the time . Some how one senior engineer showed up just before the warranty period. He fixed it but it was a releif for a few months and we were back with more and bigger problems again. Now in two yesrs the whole fridge is breaking down. The gaskit is tearing , the door hinges are broken and the same old issue of not cooling with alarm is setting off on its own is back to hound us. It is the worst product of TATA with the worst service ever. I wanted to buy an INDIAN product. I am paying the price of being so patriotic. This is my final Goodbye to TATA products. 😢

Never buy voltas beko dishwasher. this is my recommendation based on latest experience mentioned here in comment. I doubt there is fraudulant customer service exploiting customer and company both.False promises are given.Just after installation product had problem within 10 days.

Bought side by side RSB655XPRF model, within warranty ice tray broken. After complain technician visited my house with wrong ice tray, now not sure how long it will take to repair the product. Now product is out of warranty, no one ready to help. Frustrated with support and service center, both team completely use less. I will file a complain to consumer forum.....

Bought VOLTAS BEKO REF :RBM433IF - 421 LTRS. on 17/22.11.2019. This is bottom mounted double door refrigerator. During the last 4 years., more than 30 times we encountered water leakage problem. Many technicians attended. Few of them are utterly useless. Every time technician comes and change a printed circuit at the rear side of the fridge. We are forced to renew the AMC just to cover many complaints during one year. HOW A TATA GROUP COMPANY, which upholds ethics at its core of business, can produce and market such a very bad item ? i ASK THE TOP TATA GROUP HONCHOS TO PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR GROUP COMPANY - VOLTAS BEKO . IF YOU CANT PRODUCE A GOOD PRODUCT PLEASE WIND UP THIS COMPANY. OTHEREWISE ASLO THIS COMPANY WILL NOT SURVIVE FOR LONG WITH SUCH INFERIOR PRODUCTS.

Facing limescale and calcium issuea,, all dishes m come out white.. have complained but the service executive sqid the water is hard.. so i should get a water softener.. i got that ,then a descaling filter,, i dis evwrything, changed the products..i have used finish, vim but none works..its all still white

I registered complaint number 24052418263 on 24th May '24, today is 31st May. Till date your service engineer has not visited. This is not expected from TATA group of company. You people are spoiling name of great TATA. Within 4 months your machine has developed issue. It seems improper quality check at production and before dispatch. You are delivering faulty piece to the customer. Immediately depute your engineer and resolve the issue or else I must visit to consumer court.

Company forward my Compliant M/S.Meera Engineer Ahmedabad 11 Days Finish No Actions Taken by Service Centre..I very very Bad Exprience in service centre & Company Excutive No Action taken in Time Limits in Summer Time
