Pls how much does it cost to rent apartment in Finland
@just42tube23 күн бұрын
There are several websites and mobile apps where available apartments are listed with all key information about them, including the asking price for the rent. There are so many different kinds of apartments in different parts of the country and neighborhoods that one can say there is a large variety in costs. Rents can also include or exclude essential living costs, so comparisons need to be done carefully to be useful. There also are special cases like supported living for students in which the rent doesn't reflect the real open rental market or costs. Your question is just too generic for anytime to give a really useful answer. Some average or median wouldn't be a useful number, since that is just statistics over a large group.

Thank you so much for such an informative videos. I am going to Finland to study with a 1000 euro scholarship per month. My wife will be coming with me. Is it possible for a couple to live in Helsinki, Finland in 1k? according to you what would be the monthly expenses for us?
@just42tube23 күн бұрын
If you're from outside the EU/EEA countries you most likely need residence permits to stay in Finland legally. There are financial minimum requirements to make sure you have the possibility to support yourself while living in Finland. This is checked in the permit application process. Things like scholarships and other benefits like free meals and housing are included in the consideration in the decision process by the Finnish Immigrants Service. 1000 💶 for two persons is a low figure for two adults, if there isn't any other income or benefits. I don't try to say anything definite about your situation, since I get the impression that you haven't shared all relevant information. It's enough for a student to show enough proof of funds in order to apply for a residence permit for studies. It is also enough for a financially careful person in practice, if the person gets student benefits like cheaper student housing, lunches and public transportation. But for two adults, that is a much more difficult situation.

It seems that many people who watch KZfaq content about study opportunities or admissions etc. are looking for easy and lazy ways to avoid doing proper research themselves. They are likely to make the wrong assumptions that there are tricks they should know or that simply reading instructions and using the information from educational institutions wouldn't be the best approach. The questions some ask seems to suggest that they want someone else to read webpages for them. It's difficult for me to see how people with such approach to learning would become successful students. I would say that the best service you could do to people looking for information about education opportunities in Finland would be to guide them to find and use official information sources. These sources change less frequently than the details of the entry admissions application process details or study programs. But I can imagine that since you have started, as you say, "adult life", you might want to leave that topic behind you.😊

Take a chill pill. It doesn’t have to be deep! Everyone has their choices and different frame of reference. What you consider shallow can be another man’s rite of passage. My take, nothing is certain, the uncertainties are the constants. However, even an old video will be educative and informative not necessarily updated to the present day reality- the more reason why all archives are dated. Gracias!

You need to have a steady job and at least some savings (around 15-20% of the total price). No negative credit. If possible, someone to back up your loan.
