Your question is just too generic for anytime to give a really useful answer. Some average or median wouldn't be a useful number, since that is just statistics over a large group.

It's enough for a student to show enough proof of funds in order to apply for a residence permit for studies. It is also enough for a financially careful person in practice, if the person gets student benefits like cheaper student housing, lunches and public transportation. But for two adults, that is a much more difficult situation.
