If you feel pain now, don't forget thousands of young people are suffering in the world. Although, you have pain, trust in God and don't forget how Jesus suffered on the cross. Your parents know that you love them. Sometimes the teenage years are just hell but it does get better and sooner then you think you will be back in thier good graces.

When you are scared or afraid or just in a difficult place imagine a clear bubble around you and those whom you love. It's said that as long as you ask the angels or God/Mary Father God Mother God (etc.) that you will be safe from any negativity and evil and then imagine the best outcome for your situation even if you think it's impossible and give thanks for that situation being given to you. It helps and things really will change around even if you only do it once a day.
