He killed his own father, because if he never said sorry father, he never would have known he was his father. He killed him on purpose because of what he said.

Savages, all of them. Including Gibson who messed up that last shot there. If you closely at the swing of the bat and the direction of the way the victim takes, it’s a little off.

El hijo sin darse cuenta comete el error de marcar a su padre quien es el jefe de la tribu, esta escena es excelente porque demuestra la importancia de ser fuerte aún en los peores momentos es el ejemplo que debe seguir.😊

When Jaguar Paw said the word "father" he knew he fucked up. This scene reminds me of the scene in Braveheart when the commander took off the william wallaces wife's scarf the same way and slit her throat.

That's venous bleeding (jugular, external &/or internal), but the location of the cut, and the location and amount blood, are inconsistent with jugular exsanguination or even just a significant intracranial pressure drop. Indeed it's not even clear what happened to the father, because passing out doesn't result in a smooth fall to the knees like that. (We know it's not carotid blood because the color and amount and location are even more totally wrong, as well as there being no arterial spray.) This film badly needed a physiology adviser.

When jaguar paws dad looked to the sky just before he was killed reminds me of the line in the Metallica song For whom the bell tolls. “Take a look to the sky just before you die it’s the last time you will” sene gives me chills🇬🇹
