This is because I loved baking with my mom growing up and always wanted to help food especially baked goods become more healthier and combine protein and deserts together. I enjoyed more of doing the work then the math and science. I was a very slow student and did not take chemistry and biology in high school. I also took an animal nutrition class and loved it.
