Hello there! It was probably different kind of sweet bread. We usually put some fruit cream like a jam or brown sugar with butter and other sauce. It could have been one of them. I’m not quite sure though. Sorry 😊

I am so in love with your beautiful country. I was lucky to be there 12 years ago and I have longed to go back ever since. I saw the steppe, the Gobi and the Taiga and loved it all. One of my favourite memories is walking on ice in the Yolyn Naam in July! I also watched a family of gorgeous Gobi hamsters come down to a stream to drink, so many happy memories of Mongolia I can't tell you. I hope Fairfields is still in Tseterlege, that was so cool. 😀

We do use buckwheat in our diet. But I didn't use buckwheat flour for that breakfast 🥐. I used regular white flour. Although you can mix it with wheat flour too
