As is the cause of most problems in vehicles, probably a bad ground somewhere. Enjoy tracing that out.

Had a Dodge Dakota that did the same thing never could figure out where it was but I'll tell you what I know and where to roughly look if you drove with the windows down in heavy enough rain that water got into the window/locks switch it could be shorting it out or you could have wires in your door like at the hinge or somewhere else the maybe fire wall or engine bay that have rubbed bare and are shorting possibly a f*****-up fuse or relay I hope this helps and I hope you get it fixed alternatively pull the locks fuze (what I did)
@Chancellor_dumb

Note you should be able to still use your windows with the lock fuze removed which is always nice

As a KZfaq know-it-all keyboard warrior, sounds like either the switch is bad (worn down and contacts barely touching) or relay/solenoid is bad

FYI: the install order on the coil is not the firing order. The coil is front to back 123 then drivers side front to back 654 while the actual firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6. Hope that helps. Paired cylinders are 1-5, 2-6, 3-4 which the three coils in the coil pack fire together.
