Wow, this particular mod is an interesting bit of a steamer. Other mods based on (upstream) RTGL work perfectly fine for me, but this? Oh, man, THIS. No error messages, no fanfare, my computer just restarts upon trying to launch it, just like that.

Alr, whats the problem people have with 3ddoom? I can understand its style clashing with the og games, but newer wads/mods/maps work great with it, especially UF. Like if doom released 1996

Watching this doesn’t convince me that this is a good mod. The lighting is so un-even. I don’t see it affecting the Sprites where I believe it should and if you have a light source in a dark room it still somehow doesn’t affect the dark room?

A lot of creators these days need to see Doom 2. That is how you do a game sequel. Get Pitchford out of Borderlands and stop it being woke might make 4th game good. 3rd was ultra woke.

omg.. I remember seeing Quake II for the first time with a real graphics card (GeForce MX 2xx something, I think. Wasn't mine), instead of the normal Pentium accelerated graphics and I was blown away. I think I would've exploded if'd seen a transition from going no graphics acceleration to immediately RTX. This looks gorgeous. Murdering 40 year-old monsters has never looked so good.
